We are looking for a highly organized and energetic candidate to join our team and keep our office organized and efficient. This position plays a vital role in ensuring seamless daily operations of both the design studio and our bespoke showroom. This position will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional client experience, overseeing showroom, and office daily organizing tasks, coordinating schedules for client appointments, trade reps, studio delivery scheduling, and support Kathryn and the design team with operational and client facing needs.

We are looking for the right candidate to assist with the studio's marketing and communication strategy by managing day-to-day social media activities across multiple platforms. This role helps build brand awareness, engage with audiences, and showcase the studio's projects, textiles, and design philosophy online. This role will work side by side with our Marketing and Brand Coordinator to facilitate social media engagement, develop content creation, assist with product photography and ensure all content reflects the studio's brand identity and aesthetic. Ideal candidate has a comprehensive understanding of photography, content creation, social media platforms, videography, Shopify, shopmy, Pinterest, and Instagram.
